A certification program to equip participants with the knowledge and skills on organization diagnosis, gap identification, and intervention strategies that will further improve organization effectiveness. The course will be held offline for 5 days. 

Each day will focus on topics which allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The final presentation day will be held on the last day, to showcase their skills and knowledge.
